Alright, well...this one time, a while ago...my scientist boyfriend and I were on one of our business trips and we met this really tall studly dude on the ride over. Dark-dressed, cool shades, charming, the works. He pseudo tried to hit on me at first, but I couldn't really tell because it seemed like he was just playing around, plus we had just met. Boyfriend didn't really seem to notice or may have been slightly annoyed, I couldn't tell.

We realized later he was going to the same science-thing we were going to, so he started telling us about some of his theories. I was kinda blown away- he was pretty damn entertaining and had this rapier wit. Once we got there and were in a car, he was explaining a theory and kind of flirted with me and even tugged at my hair a bit, without coming on too strong at all. Later, unfortunately our work-related stuff went a little chaotic and the power went out where we stayed, so I got to see him bare-chested and laying down seductively. Quite a sight. Nothing really happened that weekend but I could tell he was interested. It's been years now, and I know he's written a couple of books and I've gotten married, but I still wonder if anything would have happened. He's a great guy, that Ian Malcolm.
