[serious] What could be done in your squadron about morale?

Honestly, morale has more to do with the little things than big things. "Morale days" are a form of escapism. By it's definition, you're just avoiding the reality that you have to go back to. It's no different than alcohol in that aspect. Smaller things like actually telling someone they did a great job and rewarding them for doing so. Treating people like human beings and adults vs seeing everyone like children who need to be micro managed. Helping your co-worker have an easier day.

Creating a healthy working environment with as minimal of stress as possible and a spirit of one-team-one-fight raises permanent morale. Then bigger morale days are just icing on the cake.
