i almost witnessed someone get kidnapped

i was at my cousins wedding afterparty, in some repurposed barn in the middle of nowhere. i was in the back yard of the barn fucking with bubbles and playing tag with other kids, i run around to the side and near the front of the barn when an old and beat up car slows to a stop, and a man in his late 40s-mid 60s opens the door. i don't recognize him and he definitely wasn't at the wedding because he's dressed in an old tshirt and jeans. he starts walking towards me and staring at me, i get spooked so i start walking back to the backyard where the other kids were (most of them were around 4-7, except my cousin who was 11). the man is still following me and speed walking towards me, so i start running. the man finally gets back there as i'm trying to get all the kids onto the porch so if he DID try grabbing one of us we could run inside to all the adults. a little girl won't listen to me and she's playing with her bubbles as he starts paying attention to her. i don't know her name and i start freaking out and asking the little boy her name, he doesn't know either. the man walks up to her and snatches her bubbles out of her hands and kneels down to her level. i couldn't hear their conversation but she looked scared and i THINK i heard him talking about his car???? i'm calling for her and the man looks back at me, my cousin, and the other little kids staring at him. he ended up just walking back to his car so i came down the steps and asked everyone if they knew him, none of them did.
