I just started working as a nurse in an ICU at a children’s hospital. I’ve never believed in paranormal activity or experienced anything that was spooky. This job makes me question my belief in how energy is transferred. I have felt something poke my butt when I was in a room by myself with a paralyzed patient. I brushed it off and figured it was a muscle twitch or something odd like that. Last week there was a child that passed on the unit, I went in to tell him goodbye. Not even 10 minutes later I went into our supply closet for linen and equipment. The door closed behind me and I heard a little voice whisper/yell “GET OUT”. I froze and fell into my stomach in my shoes. I don’t know what to believe.
