[Serious] What is life after high school?

My experience after high school was that near the end, you start getting closer to your friends. Graduation is great and not something you want to miss. I also have my senior year book. I never cared for school, but seeing the classmates I used to be friends with, and the ones I was still friends with at the time, and friends with now, get their diplomas and graduate was a really nice experience. As well as seeing my teachers, whether I liked them or not. Especially because the ones who were rude towards me had to see me graduate, which I know some of them would have rather me dropped out or failed. So graduation is a great experience. You and your friends tell each other you'll still hang out, but one way or another you'll lose most of them. A friend of mine went off to college but shortly after joining a band with another friend of ours, he dropped out. He was a great guy and the one we all thought would be successful, but after dropping out he kept taking money from his dad for 'college' and didn't tell his dad he had dropped out. Those two friends of mine started fucking everyone over and only care about their band now. A third friend of mine did everything he could do to still be their friend. He lived with them and went to all of their shows. The three of them stopped talking to anyone who didnt go to their shows. So what did the third friend get from this? His girlfriend left him for friend B. And they kicked him out of living with them. The people I thought were nice, the people I loved, my best friends, did things I never would have expected them to do. The other friends I had have grown apart. There are still 2 people I talk to from high school. My girlfriend of 3 years and my friend from 3rd grade. All of this happened in under 2 years. That's life after high school. Or at least for me and seems everyone else I've talked to have had similar experiences.
