[Serious] what needs to be fixed in your agency?

My husband works for a small Sheriff's office in the Wild West... This is my opinion: We need a new Sheriff and new upper command staff. We need a Sheriff who cares more about his people. He needs to be a strong Sheriff who understands how to delegate responsibility, without being walked all over. Ours let's his right-hand man do as they please... He needs to give a crap that the Partol officers and the Jail officers are severely overworked, and understaffed. Both sides are running short staffed, because it takes months to get a new hire for either side. The guy who does the background and CVSA's is SLOW... We have so many issues no-one cares about... The deputy's who are out in the real world have radios that suck, but upper command has new ones. Vehicles for patrol and jail officers are old and should be upgraded, but the Sheriff is driving a brand new truck. Like the second new one in a few years. It's all these little things that need changing. I'm praying a new Sheriff is elected...
