One day I went to the office really late, like 11:30 or midnight on a Friday to pick up something I had left there earlier. When I got to the completely empty parking lot, everything seemed totally normal. Until I got out of my car and I noticed about 20 yards away a man standing there in the parking lot. His silhouette was outlined by the moonlight, his arms straight by his sides, and he was just absolutely still. Immediately my mind said to myself, "possessed" and I made a brisk b-line for the entry doors. My heart was racing and my hands shaking uncontrollably I was fumbling through my keys trying to get the key in to open the door while watching him, motionless out of the corner of my eye. I kept thinking that if he ran toward me, he'd get to me in just a few seconds and in my state of paralysis I'd be unable to open the door. But he didn't move and eventually I got into the building and locked the door behind me. I kept the lights off so I wouldn't be seen walking around inside. I got the item I needed and peeked out the window at him. For about 15 minutes I checked on him and he remained completely motionless like a statue.

Eventually I made the walk back to my car and fortunately for me, I could unlock my car with just a button press. I kept staring at him as I walked to my car so I wouldn't be caught off guard if he came for me, but he remained motionless arms straight and seemingly flexed at his sides. I got in my car, heart pounding out of my chest, and left.

I couldn't get the image out if my mind that night and was unable to sleep. So after a few hours I decided to go back and see if he was still there. At around 3am I went back and he was nowhere to be found.
