[Serious] What’s the most important lesson you've learned so far in life?

No matter what happens, you are going to die *alone*. As scary and depressing as that sounds, unfortunately, that's the harsh truth.

... You might ask yourself "but how is that an important lesson?"
It's something that once you think about, you are bound to come up with an answer that fits your own, the answer to that is subjective and what you're going to do next, also varies from person to person.

The answer I came up with, however, is that, I want satisfaction in life. My life.
No one is going to tell me how to live, why to live and when to live, as long as it's within my control, that is.

Take a moment and think about it for a minute. Or two - or longer.

Imagine yourself dying, you're almost out of breath. Your body feels heavy and also feels like it's floating. Everything, even time as we know it, seems to be slowing down. One of your last inner thoughts is a question to yourself; "Am I satisfied with the life I've living up till now?"

Food for thought! :)
