[Serious]What is a surprising thing that filled up a void in your life?

Sure thing.

I've mostly been a colorist for comic book covers but have also been a colorist on promotional materials for record labels, convention pamphlets, charity projects, and even work for an elementary school play.

As a colorist:

This was a cover I did for Horrorhound Records that I am particularly fond of.

Promotional cover for the Light Earth comic's Kickstarter page

Grim Tales of Terror for Zenescope Entertainment

As well as covers for Zenescope's Robyn Hood series

More Robyn Hood

And to complete the Zenescope trifecta, Alice in Wonderland

I also do some of my own painting, and have accrued quite an encouraging following from the zany oddballs over at /r/mylittlepony.

Where I started, the image that got me my first initial surge of business from the My Little Pony fandom

My most well-received image ever.

I also engaged in a Bob Ross art project to paint alongside ever episode of his Netflix series, Beauty is Everywhere. I livestreamed each painting, and made time lapse recordings of each stream session on my YouTube channel.

As for those high detail covers, I only do about 5-10 of them a month. I have more continuous work as the colorist of a sequential comics series. However, that comic series is very NSFW, and while I'm quite proud of the work I put into it, I rather it not be representative of my character.

So it's a steady stream of work. Definitely satisfied that I can still have a day job at the office while supporting a self-made gig I've grown enough to mandate reporting on my taxes.
