That is an option for some but some people like myself cannot get over the fact that during the last few years my ex wife was talking to other guys behind my back and cheating but was the one always suspicious of me and accusing me of infidelity when it was a projection of her. How can you be with someone whom you no longer trust and any sign of trouble they go running to other men? I don't think anyone can deal with that.

Also, I worked, cooked, cleaned, did household chores and spent more time with our kids then she did and she worked as well but during her off time just spends it online or shopping. Sometimes it's easy to think that people should try to be better people in order to stay together but if the person is unwilling to change their ways no one deserves to be a stepping stone and punching bag.
