[Serious] When was a time you were wrongfully arrested and what happened?

My brother was wrongfully arrested 2 years ago when he was 16. He went to go play basketball with a group of friends and never came back. Me and my aunt spent nights looking for him driving up and down the street but we couldn’t find him. After three nights of that, there’s a knock on the door and it’s him and a police officer; They apparently arrested him when he was walking back home because he “looked like he was up to no good, and looked like a suspect they were looking for.” They never let him call us, they tore up his shoes because they could have had a bomb in them, and they took him to court. When he appeared in court, his shitty lawyer told him to just plead guilty so that he could go home and he did. I think they caught the actual guy, and they said they deleted his record, but who fucking knows. It’s another reason I can’t stand cops.
