[Serious] which type of social disorder could cause someone to have trouble connecting with others?

Only for autism, then they said a 'social communication disorder' because I am blunt and unintentionally rude while I have a bad habit of looking surprised or raising my eyebrows a lot for no reason when people are talking to me, also rambling. Yet the older I am getting the more disconnected I am getting and I have been fired twice in 4 months because of my reactions/socializing with people. I can work I just can't work with others which causes me problems.

Online its a thousand times easier to "talk" to people. Psychologists and counselors have had trouble with me since I was I kid, I also get watched in shops because my behaviour is so strange they think I'm trying to shop lift.
