(Serious) Women of Reddit, what's the best, non-creepy way to approach a woman that you don't know but are interested in?

Instead of commenting on the baseball game you comment on her cool graphic t-shirt. Or in Walmart and she’s looking at movies that you like, recommend one of your favorites. It doesn’t have to apply only to sports pubs! :) just apply the reasoning in whatever your “thing” is. If you are attracted to her, you’ve probably spent a moment looking at her. What is she doing? Just ask her about it or if it’s something you’re into, you can comment. I find the smaller the better-just a little “hey, I’m here and willing to talk to you”. Not every girl with be right for you, that’s why there’s dating, but someone will reciprocate.
