[Serious] The worst premiership team in the AFL era?

The whole 7th thing regarding the Bulldogs doesn't really put the season into context though. We had some great wins throughout the year and were only 2 wins away from 1st, the tightness had never been seen before.

Add in that we had possibly our worst injury run in a decade and only managed to get a consistent side for basically the last month of the year. Were unlucky not to have finished higher and then went on to have possibly the greatest finals run in history.

Only Victorian side to win two interstate games and also happened to defeat the team who had just won the last three Premierships. West Coast were in a top form and nobody gave us a chance for any of the games but we played with so much determination that there we forced ourselves to win every week
