Seriously Amy-with-an-i, shut the fuck up.

I had lunch with a guy today who was super into healthy eating and fitness, or at least came across that way. Picked his chicken breast burger apart to remove unwanted cheese, only one half of the bun, ate the low-carb veggies, complained of extra calories in his unsweetened ice tea... since he was so hard core, I asked if he had heard of keto. I find it interesting from a chemical/biological perspective, and explained it to him. He dismissed me as being extremist and that it would eventually lead to malnourishment and death. Looking down at his destroyed chicken burger over 200 calories was disappointing, just like almost everything he does.
