In the dating market, people often try to be competitive by being the best that they can be. Sometimes girls have a hard time being friends with each other because maybe they might find that specific girl to be pretty and a possible threat to their future relationships or current relationships. I always see the trend when the prettiest girl tends to be lonely long term because the people that are "not so pretty" will be jealous of your presence. I had a female friend who was considered pretty, but all her friends left her at different times of her life and now she is in a similar case as you. Few possible reasons that I believe for why people might not ask you out:

1. Are you a judgemental or an opinionated person?
2. Do you give the "resting bitch face" unconsciously?
3. Do you smile when talking to people?
4. Do you give the vibe of narcissism (overly confident in herself)?
5. Do you dress a certain way that people find different or non-feminine?

These are just how I believe in determining if that girl is worth approaching or not from a guy's perspective.
