Seriously, what's wrong with Republicans in America?

The idea that conservatives are more enlightened because they’re older and therefore “wiser” becomes annoying.

I'm 26. Now you're just making a blanket assumption on each and every conservative. I don't think that I'm more "enlightened" or "wiser" than everyone but I'm not an idiot either. Might have been born at night but not last night.

The need to worship something, whether it’s the Bible, the military or the constitution it feels like republicans need a document that is the ultimate authority of reason and rationality and any criticism of it is an attack on the republic.

We live in the United States of America (or at least I do) and people have the right to believe whatever they want in terms of religion. In regards to the military, I respect them completely but I don't always agree with everything that they're ordered to do. And the constitution states the fundamental laws, and guaranteed certain basic rights for its citizens. Without that, we wouldn't be Americans.

Republicans seem to default to name calling and “fighting dirty” faster than liberals.

Yet you see groups like Antifa, Black Lives Matter, BAMN, and others that blatantly call for violence against conservatives. Do you see that across party lines or are you just sitting here with rose-colored glasses on?

Some republicans just need to be OK with being gay. Like watch all the gay porn you want, but stop hating on gays.

That's our choice. If we don't want to support same-sex marriages or relationships or even homosexuality, that's our prerogative. I don't really give a damn what someone does in their private life but to expect everyone to be accepting of it and welcoming is just asinine.

STOP BEING SCARED OF EVERYTHING. So many people are certain refugees will destroy the country when they’ve never met one, nor have any committed a major crime.

Say that to the Steinle Family. Take a look at Europe and the European Migrant Crisis and tell me that there's no problem. But I doubt that you give a damn.

A lot of republicans seem very out of touch with minorities, and polling data reflects that.

Oh, is that so? Show me some statistics then. I'd love to see this nonsense that you're spewing right now.

Denying climate change because the solution involves government regulation is asinine.

How many tangents are you going to go on? Your argument isn't really strong enough to be doing so.

The republicans who say “everyone is so offended” tend to be the most easily offended.

You're offended by a guy who drank beer in high school. Let's get real here, buddy.

Can’t really think of anything else. Although I majorly disagree with republicans, they’re not trying to make the country a worse place.

That's okay. You weren't thinking when you wrote this post to begin with.
