[Server Smash] Who are we as a server?

We lost the last two server smashes because we failed to fight for territory in a mobile and aggressive manner. We were sluggish in our movements, and on the defensive because of it. We were the ones who hanged around not doing anything, failing to respond and redeploy when required.

This wasn't due to the fact that we didn't use maxes/cheese. This boiled down to preparation and setting standards for being mobile and then having the SS platoons know who they are in advance and practice on Live.

You want the underpop faction, by definition the faction with the least amount of players and resources, to spread themselves even thinner?

I want the underpop faction to respect economy of force and not overpop bases by too much. I was specifically referring to platoon leaders using one waypoint as they are a bit tired/zergy and don't have the energy to manage two bases at once.

I actually welcome R18 to the battlefield because their max usage brings a new dimension and flavour to the game and they're using it in situations where it should be used.

The problem with max usage is that it's so effective that it drowns out the tactical sandbox. R18 isn't successful because their opponents haven't thought of max crashes, or couldn't utilise them better with a little practice, they are effective because opponents don't bother or are too bored to use maxes.

Keep in mind that before ZOE VS outfits other than TROL essentially didn't use maxes, and JUGA et. al. got a lot of moaning on reddit for using maxes to their full potential.

If you really want to make Briggs more competitive, then stop trying to limit to limit competitive gameplay.

There are more skills in the game than those involved in max crashes, but the dominance of one strategy doesn't allow those skills to be developed.

when all you're doing is making things more stale and less fun.

Stale is when one strategy becomes dominant.
