This wasn't exactly a random passerby. The cop had already been called there for some reason. The cop was literally threatening a charge and jail if she didn't walk away. This wasn't someone on the street just doing there thing and cops fucking with them, this was a person who clearly did something charge worthy, and was being given a second chance.

I hate cops as much as the next one. Fuck cops in general.

But if someone escaped a charge, and then decided to commit a crime, run from the cop, they better expect consequences, cause they are fucking dumb.
