Here's the problem. There needs to be someone there to film what's going on. If you couldnt tell in the video, when shit hit the fan the cops immediately tried to block the people filming. "Back up" is just the easy tactic to eliminate accountability after they assault someone.

... this has to be the 3rd time this week ive watched that phrase being said to someone before that same someone got jumped by the cops.

And then there's your comment. So tell me this; if the camera isn't there, what evidence can a person use to explain that a cop just assaulted them without justification? Who's word is going to be taken in court?

Do you assume the body cam from the cop is going to be untouched if the force knows they fucked up? Who reviews that? How many times were they [cams] just accidentally not turned on?
