I wouldn't mix SSRI's with anything except weed just because of how fucked the interactions can be. If she plans to stay off SSRI's it has to be a final decision no ''popping a pill because I feel anxious or depressed'' and secondly that come up sounds totally fucking normal, last night I dropped with a friend and we were both losing our shit for the first 30-40 minutes of the come up I started shaking badly first and took some time to reflect alone by looking out of the car window and paying attention to nothing else (Focusing yourself on something works, you also want to be moving because sitting on mdma or chilling in a house sucks imo and adds to the discomfort) my friend however was totally fine and started rolling but felt that weird shaking later (Really seems like they are going to die or something the way they shake) But its literally the come up for some people.. I think a come up like this has to do with anxiety since I have heavy anxiety and that come up is always fucked but as soon as it hits you are just so goooooooooooooood.
