UEFA and its partners change the concessionaire in the stadium, so the fact that the only options for beverages at kickoff being Coca Cola or alcohol free beer means UEFA is at fault.

Many volunteers at the stadium and stewards etc will often be sourced by the club in working with UEFA. Rather than UEFA flying out hundreds or thousands of ticket activators, stewards, and general helpers who don’t know the stadium, it makes more sense to tap into Sevilla’s network there.

And for the security, Sevilla police, I’m assuming UEFA security typically goes with the local police authority or the club’s recommendation here but honestly unsure.
