There’s a lot of trashy fanservice for the main characters too. Tribal Sheva, Jill’s battlesuit, Chris’s warrior, sherry schoolgirl (RE6), Rebecca’s RE0 outfits, Chris samurai, Helena stripper cop, billy, Jake, and Leon’s open chested gangster suits, etc. but I guess those are all off-canon.

But no it doesn’t bother me. Resident evil is insanely cheesy/corny, stuff like this is practically expected. Like some summer B movie blockbuster. Gore, violence, and hot people killing things.

My only (very minor) issue is that for the bonus costumes in every game (for the most part), the females are dressed up in very revealing attire while the males get ‘cool’ outfits. RE2R surprised me when they didn’t give Claire some insanely skimpy outfit. The Noire skins were to die for in that game. I loved how they looked on Leon and Claire.
