Sexual harassment is really not that big of a deal

I kind of have to disagree. I'm an average guy, and when I going to my mates place, I'd usually take a shortcut past an area with a lot side alley gay clubs. If it was late and busy I used to be cat called a few times. Didn't swing that way but it was sort of flattering. That was until this one bloke twice my size didn't just stop at the cat calling. This guy started following me, repeatedly calling to me.

I'm not ashamed to say I shat myself. Like I can defend myself most of the time but this guy was built like a brick shithouse. Got to a more public area and they disappeared. Still took that shortcut, but id always make more of an effort to hold my keys between my knuckles.

Like its all good to say the chances of something worse happening is low, but nobody wants to be that 1%.
