This is why I dont believe her because CLEARLY a lot of people care, and the caster in question can hurt/damage girls she is unaware of unless she is essentially stalking the person in question or religiously following them which makes no sense.

Naming someone makes it so those who are innocent dont come under immediate attack by people who are just assuming oh so-and-so it must be them!! and others can come forward and corroborate similar stories. I also find it hard to believe they were in a public place and the person in question was undressing and no one else made note of it.

Im not saying shes lying but Im not willing to believe this without more concrete evidence
