Asking a bunch teens is probably not your best bet for good medical advice. I am not going to give you medical advice either since I am not a doctor.

I will point out that the tissue inside your rectum is very sensitive. It is very easy to tear the skin. Bleeding has the benefit of cleaning out the bacteria that could have gotten into to the wound. It is has now developed a scab. When you go poo it is probably going to reopen and you will have some more bleeding. You may want to increase your fiber for the next few days so your stool is softer.

Most likely you are going to heal okay but you need to look out for some things. If you start bleeding when you are not having a bowel movement. The stool is black and tarry. You don't start improving in the next few days. You start having a fever. Severe pain. If that happens you need to see a doctor.

If you are still a minor and not out to your parents, tell them you have blood in your stool and you don't feel well. They will probably assume you have a hemorrhoid. Insist that you see the doctor alone. Tell the doctor what you really did.

I know you feel embarrassed. I have done some really dumb things before I bought the proper toys. Sticking things in your butt that aren't designed to go there can be dangerous. I used to work in an ER. You wouldn't believe what grown men got stuck up their butts.

There is a YouTube channel called sexplanations. Dr. Doe did a show recently on homemade toys. Since she is a sexologist I will assume she knows what is safe.
