I don't think you realize how sadly common 'harmless' erotic observation of sleeping minors is, and how unlikely those of us that experienced such things are to share it with randoms. Point being, I can come up with several reasons for him to walk to the loo, and no non-creepy/selfish/lazy reasons for him to jerk next to a sleeping non-partner.
