When I was a little kid, fear of an intruder coming through my bedroom window used to keep me awake at night. I could actually see the guy coming through the window. It stopped after I switched rooms with my sister, but I never told anyone... I just told them I couldn't sleep because the weird owl on the wallpaper in the corner.

Later in life, after we moved, I was talking to my mom about that house and how we all experienced crazy stuff especially when we were alone. She told me a story of when she was pregnant with me. She got a really bad migraine and had to go lie down in her bedroom. She said she went into a trance state and saw a vision over her body of a war; Angels vs demons. While she was asleep, my dad bent over at work and split his pants and had to come home. When he was driving up, he noticed the screen off the front bedroom window and the glass broken. He went to go check on my mom and their bedroom window was open and the curtain had been slightly ripped off. Later they found a butcher knife in the backyard.
