Sharing org work I’ve done in our school inspired heavily by the retro pop art theme. Really had I lot of fun doing this design for the first time. Any thoughts or criticisms to improve my work?

Permission to post if allowed. Would like to share my work on this subreddit to get comments and tips on how I can improve my skill on graphic design. It’s my first time trying this design and I’m still partly a beginner without any formal training or whatsoever. I do this sometimes as a hobby so it would be really helpful if I hear other insights from experienced people.

Explaining the work: My medium used for this project is Procreate. This is a publication material work I’ve done for the student council asking for volunteers on folks who would like to help out on our Freshmen week in our university. (Pardon for the censorship but it’s for privacy purposes hence the colored out parts.) It’s heavily inspired by retro pop art and vintage cartoons with colorful themes. I used a couple of free to use elements (shapes, textures and etc.) in google and hand-drew some of the characters (such as the tiger, duck, laptop, and book).

Really enjoyed the haphazard and chaotic design while working on this project but I sometimes feel that it might be chaotic or cluttered to look at. I’m really unfamiliar with color palettes and combinations too so it would help to hear others on what they have to say regarding the theme.
