male sexual aggression/attention is at a huge surplus in society. so when you see something like this, you pretty much know it's rare, and even if it's offensive, there's not such a big need for society to correct the behavior. anywhere that it becomes 'OK' in some space for guys to have their dicks out (nude beaches, swinger clubs, adult book stores, etc), they pop out of the woodwork and swarm the place, which totally changes the vibe and turns the space into somewhere that women have to have their guard up

men are stronger and more violent than women. women do not go around violently pummeling men into submission to rape them, so there is a lot less danger associated with female sexual advances
