Title: shipping address in VA but package out for delivery in tampa, FL...?

I use informed delivery to track packages and I just noticed that a package I am expecting is out for delivery in Tampa FL, which is concerning because my address is in Richmond, VA.

I don't understand how this is possible because if the package was incorrectly addressed to some address in Tampa, it wouldn't have shown up on my informed delivery dashboard...right? Anyone have any clue/insight as to what might be going on?
