Shipping Incompetency.

It's not the OCS, it's CP. OCS packages your order as soon as its placed, creates a shipping label for the package and then it sits waiting for CP to come pick it up. Notice that when you recieve a shipping email with the CP tracking info, It says 'electronic information submitted by shipper' usually the day your order was placed or the day after, which is the day is ships out. It does not take OCS long to package orders, it is taking a long time for CP to come pick up ALL the orders they've had from the long weekend and this week. I ordered Tuesday morning and my shipping label was created and submitted to CP on July 3rd, and usually arrives by the next day (4th). It sat waiting to be picked up an entire day longer, and it won't be delivered today. It is xpresspost that is guarantee 1-3 business days, not OCS.

This is not OCS fault, packages just haven't been picked up yet by CP. It's not "illegal", considering there was just a massive Canada wide holiday on Monday, you'd expect maybe a little delay. In fact, it was made clear on this sub last week that OCS was running behind because of all the orders placed befor the holiday. It's unfair to blame OCS over delivery of your pavkage when they don't deliver. My pacakge has been waiting since Wednesday to be *picked up, nothing OCS can do about packages that are waiting to be picked up.
