Huh? You do realize that when two forces act upon each other and produce shockwaves with their own generation of life force energy that it would ultimately scale to their attack speed, right? The reason for that is because the speed formula (S=D/T) represents the travel speed for something accelerating at a certain distance over time. So when Goku is clashing with Beerus and produces shockwaves that extend across other spacetime continuums, they would have to have attack speed relative to the amount of energy they generate.

And AP by definition is the amount of energy that is outputted by an individual. So if you exert said energy that outputs a certain amount of force that is traveling at a certain speed, then it would inherently scale to your attack speed.
