Yep. He wants people attacking and defending Owens and Pewdiepie and by extension attacking and despising each other online. It's literally what he wants.

The mention of Owens and Pewdiepie in the manifesto are both very obviously insincere and deliberately targeting a personality that the shooter knows is divisive, with the intent being to get threads like these made and get people attacking each other and fighting over it exactly like people are doing here.

People arguing back and forth here can certainly do what they want, but they should aware that they are doing exactly what the shooter wanted them to do, furthering his goals and being played like puppets by his intentions.
