Short and fat is where it's at [F32]

Not sure why you're getting downvoted. I used to LST similarly to this - very horizontal, creating very many tops, keeping lights around 12-18", etc. While it does create a pretty looking and otherwise healthy plant, you are actually limiting its growth.

Root mass is proportional to plant size, and plants naturally want to grow up towards what they believe is the sun. By keeping your lights low while also limiting vertical growth you're basically fooling the plant into believing it's reached peak light saturation, further stunting vertical growth. But vertical growth is natural, rapid, and will for sure increase your root mass more rapidly, which will in turn allow the plant to grow more in size, which will allow you to defoliate more in flower, which will help your plant focus more on buds, etc, etc etc.

At 5 weeks veg, this plant could be double the size with the same amount and spread of budsites if allowed to purposefully stretch.

tl;dr vertical stretch is natural and generally good (if managed well)
