Shortness of breath on ADHD drugs.

Yes, no problem. It's hard to come to terms with it, since it's so uncomfortable, but it is largely based on anxiety. It's not necessarily in your head, anxiety has physical manifestations, again that is the fight/flight response. It's all very normal and it's due to stimulants quite simply doing exactly what they are supposed to do. Only thing is, it sounds like you're overshooting the 'helpful' area into the side-effect territory. Chances are lowering your doses will help. But, again, likely this is nothing dangerous. Hope this helps, and I would follow-up just to be extra sure. EKG and echo is always a good idea, but everyone should get that tbh. Good luck!
