Personally I don't rate the WG. Least prestigious of all national team tournaments in my unimportant opinion. It's fine but I personally find Women's or Open more interesting. There also aren't the smaller stories that you get at WUGC or Euros like Ireland women winning or a first time attendee like Kenya at Beach Worlds winning spirit.their first world's. I'm sure this is a huge deal for German fans and I'm happy for you. I haven't talked to an American ultimate player in person who's even aware this is happening. And if the American Frisbee zeitgeist isn't interested then Ultiworld won't be either.

This is on the back of me almost totally losing interest in the Olympics at large. Which may seem odd to anyone reading this outside the US but American coverage of the Olympics had gotten so bad and out of touch that people have stopped following it while it's on.
