Its a tough call. I had fun with it at first but since I’ve picked up Battlefield V I haven’t touched it. I didn’t encounter any crashes on the server however there were plenty of bugs. I had been playing solo and just wandering around by myself. For the most part my interactions with other players were pleasant but there were these two level 46 players that just decided to smoke once when I ran into them. I would say maybe wait a little longer until the game gets some bugs fixed and the price drops some more. If you want to just give it a shot I’d say go for it.

The world is lonely without any NPC’s but it kind of gives the game its own vibe. I just made up the idea in my head that since the game takes place relatively soon after the bombs fell it warranted a lack of human NPC’s roaming about. The criticisms of this game are legit and the combat definitely does get buggy for me. There are problems with hit registration as well as enemies just getting frozen in place or gliding all over the area. I’ve had fun playing it but I’m not sure what the longevity of the game will be for me.
