Should I buy this house?

That's right. We have no other options as this is the going price for a house that is not falling over here. Rent is easily over 2k a month, so just as much as a mortgage.

I am beyond frustrated that my husband stayed with this employer (just in a different state) and did no sort of financial planning with this. When I raised concerns over income and told him to look for work that covered our expenses, he said he would. He was misleading with me over finances and I GET that this is a marriage issue, but honestly, I planned to go to grad school while sleeping in my car, because I am poor and student loans kept me that way.

I literally planned to go to grad school while living out of my car. I am sure many, many people in this subreddit would understand that this your only option (besides student loans) to get through school when you have zero family support. I just don't know what to do.

My husband, our realtor and his loan officer (and parents!) are all on board with this decision. I am very much alone opposing it.
