Should I buy the Outer Worlds

Correct. Somebody didn’t check the PS4 tag.

As someone who’s played it on PC, it’s a good game. And I’ll just say good. It’s fun, the gunplay is smooth and crispy, but I guess I’ve grown out of games that have a lot of dialogue and choices that are so prevalent in Fallout and Elder Scrolls games. However, if that doesn’t bother you and you yearn for the good old days of Fallout, then this is the game for you. It definitely is shorter than Bethesda’s games, which could be a negative for you, but honestly it feels a lot more polished than what they’ve pushed out in recent memory. And I’m not talking about glitches or stability, even though it runs really good, I’m talking about gameplay and systems.

So if you enjoyed Fallout and the Elder Scrolls, then by all means go for it. There’s a lot of similarities and you will be quite familiar with some of the systems in place. Sprinkle a little bit of other Sci-Fi shooters like Borderlands and Destiny, and you get the Outer Worlds.
