Should Companies Use AI to Assess Job Candidates?

'Should'?

If it's not outlawed they absolutely WILL!

Corporations are, by structurally sociopathic entities.

If, in some corporate meeting, you start talking about what's beneficial for society, (instead of about how to increase stock price) you'll will get blank stares and will not taken seriously.

If people (through democratic governments), allowed them to, corporations would seek to corner and then try to sell everything for private financial profit, water, air ... EVERYthing.

That's why it's so scary when corporate and governmental interests collude.

Governments are supposed to look out for citizens and to for example protect their interests from the scumbags, not help the scumbags screw citizens.
