Should I be concerned about these heart rates? 38-39 bpm? The logs show these HR drops on other days too but not usually this low.

  1. Not much cardiac stuff in family. Pre hypertension in father

Fainting started right at the end of last month. It seems to have stopped the past few days. It was really random when it would happen. I couldn’t place when it was going to start happening. A few times it would start waiting in a check out line in the grocery store. Like standing up and standing still too long would trigger it. Then one time I was tidying up the kitchen and moving about and I had to lay down. Keeps happening super randomly. I won’t even be thinking anxious thoughts and it would happen.

I haven’t been right since I gave birth and my primary doctor blows me off that it’s post partum depression or anxiety.

I have had a few ecg since giving birth, latest one this summer and they must be okay as the dr never says anything. I wonder if I need an all day tracker(Holter monitor?) with a button I can push for the device to read more carefully when I start feeling funky/ears ringing needing to sit down and super tired.

I keep thinking the ecg is reading normal I must be okay. But I’m not super knowledgeable about the different cardiac diagnoses and in what manner they are ruled out/confirmed.

I really have no idea what’s going on.
