should i create a new character if going for a stealth build or just keep the OG and use the point swap to invest in perception?

And therein lies my stress over the upcoming Legendary Perks system. Every single point you spend on moving SPECIAL points is one more point further away you will be from a Legendary Perk. This also includes any points moved due to blatantly broken perks like Adrenaline. It is an incredibly flawed system, tbh.

On top of that, the promise of an upcoming respec feature is acknowledging that it is obviously a needed feature, and they won't be refunding any points lost in the meantime to adjusting your SPECIAL stats.

I have a level 58 that I'm considering forgetting and starting a new character for this very reason, and I am honestly just trying real hard not to think about how many potential Perk Card Coins are down the drain on my main..
