Should I go for an MBA?

No. Not unless you're desperate.

You're throwing around terms like m7 and MBB, so the assumption is that you're not looking to get your MBA from a local school, but a school with an actual reputation that can boost your career. Unfortunately, your current situation makes you a terrible candidate for those kinds of schools.

You don't know what you want to do, and you don't have a lot of work experience. Those are both big red flags for a top program, because ultimately the MBA program wants students who are marketable to the companies that hire there- you would not be able to get the time of day from MBB with that kind of resume.

If you went to a good undergraduate program, your networking opportunities aren't dead, and you have at least 4-5 years to figure our your career and make a more compelling case for yourself. I'd suggest doing that. Getting an MBA out of panic is never the right answer.
