Should I got to community college first?

Preface: I'm Dean's List. High GPA.

UH lower classes are mostly taught by grad students or TAs. It's not a quality education. Do HCC and pick the good professors. Better schooling and WAY more cost effective. It's not going to be an exciting college experience but you can get it done quick.

Oh, and HCC's online delivery is better organized than UH. Math is also straightforward at HCC. UH's CASA math system is an antiquated mess. My recent Calc course was a weird Passive Aggressive curriculum of anti-Chegg questions. It was very strange and unprofessional.

Keep in mind that a good GPA from Lone Star or HCC may qualify you for more comprehensive financial aid and better transfer opportunities.

A Warning: DO NOT follow the HCC/Lonestar degree plans. They will saddle you with useless AA degrees and extraneous courses. Use Transfer Advisors at the Universities you want to transfer to. They're there to help.
