Should I honour my husband's ex-wife with baby name?

This is a good list, OP! I'd like to add the name Emilia for a girl's name lol.

I have had the name Amelia picked out for my future daughter since I was a kid, I think I still love it as much as I did 15 years ago lol. Emilia sounds sort of similar to Aurelia to me but would keep with the E names.

Also, OP, if your child will be raised with the mindset that their half siblings are their siblings nonetheless (even if the siblings are significantly older), I think an E name would REALLY help facilitate that.

I'm the youngest of 5 and the product of both of my parent's second marriage. My siblings all have unisex names, and I do too. I don't like having a unisex name, but it has always been a source of connection between me and my siblings. It never mattered that my oldest sibling was 17 years older than me and shared a different mom, he's my brother and I felt a sense of belonging with them. Our names played a part of it. I can't speak for your future child, but from my experience, you might be unintentionally making your child feel like they don't belong with the rest of your husband's children (and ultimately, I think your husband knows this).
