Should I get into investing? Like not a crazy amount maybe just $5 or $10

I get it, you don't know what you're doing and you're afraid to lose. However, you can do this! First, get yourself $100 dollars. This will be your 'seed' money. Next, you'll need a bank account and a broker. I use E*Trade and their 'no fee' structure for straight stock trades, but you should do a bit of research and pick a broker that feels right to you. Next, fund your portfolio with a $100 transfer into your brokerage.

Now the real fun begins, you get to pick winners and losers! Some folks diversify, placing a percentage into stable growth, a percentage into risk, a percentage into the health sector, that sort of thing. OR, you could buy $100 of just one stock or security vehicle. That's another choice for you. Place your orders, buy your choices and watch the fun as your money either multiplies into vast wealth, sits idle and does nothing but mock your decisions, or begins a nice, slow ride down into being of no value at all.

See how much fun this is!
