Should i take this job? Weird contract

Although i dont have any offers or interviews yet there are many places opening up and starting to hire as summer approaches. Ive put out some CVs already. I literally started the job hunting yesterday. It does seem like it may be a nice place to work if say they didnt have these holiday / extra pay work arounds. I dont really mind an A hole boss. That i can deal with. Im just not sure if contractually giving that time to a restaurant is something is smart to do. Im wondering if these are fed flags.

To be clear im not exactly hurting for money but i do need a job of some sort. My wife covers most of the major expenses as shes an orthopedic surgeon. Her holidays are also summer based with one coming up in june.

My last job i was paid $27.48 per hour but that was almost a year ago when covid was blowing up. This place is offering me $23 per hour. My tax rate is still the same at 33%
