Should I just quit cold turkey?

I'd advise cold turkey. I tried a while back removing things step my step (such as useless apps uninstalled first, time restrictions added second, social media deleted next, and so on) but it did not work.

Here's my best advise which I will forever stand by when people ask me how to reduce internet browsing... remove the internet and any smart devices from your life for at least 14 whole days. Don't say you NEED your email or you NEED facebook to keep up with friends - you don't. In all honest 14 days is nothing - just tell people to contact you a different way, tell your job to phone your home phone or send you a letter, etc. There are easy remedy to poor excuses. From there, slowly (but it must be slowly) add things back into your routine as long as they are useful and necessary for operation of your day-to-day life.
