Oh yeah he was. I don't dwell on it anymore, it was a bit over three years ago.

The "fun" part is that his daddy bought him a nice high-priced defense attorney and he got off Scot-free at pretrial.

I wasn't present for his testimony, but from what I gathered from the questions his attorney asked me while I was on the stand, his "defense" was that the fight was "consensual." The only witness was his friends who he was letting sleep on our couch for free. The People, again from what I gleaned from my time on the stand, was arguing that he want a reliable witness because fucking duh. But the judge didn't see it that way.

I'm sure that judge and that lawyer have never one played a round of golf together. /s
